The beef comes from the diaphragm area of beef cattle, more commonly known as Skirt or Hanger steak, and is often referred to as the "butcher's cut" given they often kept this cut for themselves. Topped with Tilapia skin, this treat is the perfect complement to our other highly popular treat, the Skirt Steak Bar with the esophagus topping. Tilapia is a freshwater fish, dehydrated to maximize the nutrition profile while providing easily absorbable protein & fats. It is rich in protein while low in fat.
